StarQuartz, Quartz-Lock® Grout is a PRE-MIXED urethane based non-allergenic,
sanded grout for ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone on floors and walls.
Ready-to-use Quartz-Lock® Grout is stain resistant to most household products
and automotive chemicals. Quartz-Lock® Grout contains NO Epoxy, NO
Cement and NO Pigments (except "High White" which contains pigment to
achieve bright white color).

Quartz-Lock® Grout is guaranteed to remain suitable for use for a period of three (3) years if stored unopened at temperatures above 32 degrees F (0 degrees C). After opening, Quartz-Lock® Grout can be saved for re-use if resealed in original container.
• Quartz-Lock® Grout is water-soluble, making clean-up quick and easy
• DO NOT use vinegar solutions for clean up!
• Use StarClean citrus additive (included with grout) at a rate of one, 1-oz package per 5
gallons of water
• For best results, clean excess urethane from surfaces as you work, particularly in hot or dry environments
Quartz-Lock® Grout is a revolutionary new technology which employs state-of-the-art urethane chemistry. As yet, there is no current ANSI or ASTM standard for this technology (ANSI 118.3 pertains only to epoxy grout products); however, for comparative purposes, physical and chemical properties are listed below. Epoxy grouts are hard, brittle and lack flexibility. Quartz-Lock® Grout is designed to have the perfect balance of physical properties in order to provide, flexibility, strength and adhesion making it the best choice for a wide variety of applications.

• Quartz-Lock® Grout will resist staining from most household products, automotive chemicals and cleaners, however, persistent exposure to some materials can cause uncleanable stains

Quartz-Lock® Grout requires occasional cleaning with water and common grout cleaners. For best stain resistance, always clean up spills immediately.

• Keep out of the reach of children
• Do not ingest
• Use protective skin coverings and eye wear
• Flush with water in case of contact
• See container label for precautionary measures, handling and storage information
• Protect work from traffic until fully cured
• Protect from freezing
• Use with care on soft, highly-polished surfaces to avoid scratching. Test a small area. Use of a sealer is always recommended on polished marble, stone, slate and other natural or porous tiles.
• Protect grout from stains and chemicals during the cure process
• Do not add water or other materials to Quartz-Lock® Grout. Doing so will
void all warrantees
• Do not use vinegar solutions for clean up. Only use supplied StarClean citrus
cleaning additive
• In cold weather, protect grouted surface for 24 hours from debris or dust to allow curing and contaminating surface
• Do not grout when temperature is freezing or below
